Our recruiters act as client-facing agents, curating shortlists, conducting assessments, and ensuring we find the best fit. Each recruiter fills out a Talent Assessment Report for every talent they shortlist, giving clients all the info they need to make a great choice. Recruiters earn up to an 8% commission on talent invoices, topped up if the client’s fully satisfied with the match. The better the match, the better your rewards!
GoodHive Mentors: The Technical Guides
Mentors aren’t just experts; they’re partners in success. From evaluating technical skills to providing support on the job, mentors help ensure talent delivers their best work. Each mentor completes a Technical Assessment Report for the client on the final selected talent, showing exactly why they’re the right choice. Mentors earn up to a 12% commission and bonuses based on client satisfaction, making this role as rewarding as it is impactful.
